About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning reducing the list of the types of economic activity which are subject to licensing

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 145:

add the name with words "the notification on the beginning of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications";

in part one:

the paragraph one to add with words "the notification on the beginning of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from hundred to two hundred" "from five hundred to one thousand";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from two hundred to three hundred" "from one thousand to two thousand";

2) in Article 164:

the paragraph one of part one after the words "as subject of managing" to add with the words "or without submission of the notification on the beginning of implementation of economic activity if obligation of submission of such notification is provided by the law";

add Article with parts six and the seventh the following content:

"Provision by the subject of managing doubtful or not in full information in the notification on the beginning of implementation of economic activity which need of representation is established by the law for certain type of economic activity,

involves imposing of penalty from one thousand to two thousand free minima of the income of citizens.

Violation by the subject of managing of the term established by the law for submission of the notification on change of the data specified in the notification on the beginning of implementation of economic activity

involves imposing of penalty from five hundred to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens".
