About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 95 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004:

To add 1) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. If the term of the employment contract signed for the same work at the same employer with the same worker for certain term is prolonged, or in the same worker the employment contract for the same work and the same employer which interruption does not exceed one month is signed, then the employment contract is considered the prisoner sine die. The provision fixed in this part does not extend to the cases provided by parts 1 and 3 of this Article.";

Part 3 to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) with the workers appointed to the term established by the law;";

Item 2 of part 3 to declare 3) invalid.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
