About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In Methodological regulations on application of the Law No. 305 of December 26, 2012 on reuse of information of the public sector (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 258-261, 991), approved by the Order of the Government No. 886/2013, with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of Methodological regulations of the word "bodies of the central management" shall be replaced with words "bodies of the public power and public organizations";

2) in Item 2 the text "the ministries and other bodies of the central public management subordinated to the Government (further – bodies of the central management)" shall be replaced with words "bodies of the public power and public organizations";

To add 3) with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:

"4-1. For the purpose of process improvement of publication and reuse of the documents Agency of Electronic Control as competent authority on data exchange and interoperability has the right to request from bodies of the public power and public organizations placement on government platform of interoperability (MConnect), through web information services, documents and/or information intended for reuse, for ensuring, in turn, access and automatic reuse of these documents and/or information on the www.date.gov.md portal by means of government platform of interoperability (MConnect).

4-2. Bodies of the public power and public organizations provide reuse of documents and/or information, including by development of web information services and their placement on government platform of interoperability (MConnect) managed by the Agency of electronic control which will provide integration of these web services into the www.date.gov.md portal, for provision of access to documents and/or information intended for reuse."

2. The methodology of publication of open government data approved by the Order of the Government No. 701/2014 (2014, Art. No. 256-260, 748), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items 6-1 and 16-1 of the following content:
