Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of provision of grants in the form of the subsidies from the federal budget allocated for the state support of the scientific research conducted under the leadership of the leading scientists in the Russian educational organizations of the higher education, scientific institutions and the state scientific centers of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 8, 2019 No. 576 "About introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 20, the Art. 2446).
