Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the pricing Bases in the field of the address with solid utility waste approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2016 No. 484 "About pricing in the field of the address with solid utility waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 23, Art. 3331; 2017, No. 20, Art. 2921; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5012).

Changes which are made to pricing Bases in the field of the address with solid utility waste

1. Add Item 34 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Depreciation expenses of fixed assets and intangible assets for calculation of rates are determined at the level equal to the amount of the relations of cost of depreciable assets of the regulated organization to useful life of such assets belonging to it on the property right or on other legal cause.

When calculating economically reasonable amount of depreciation for planning period of regulation the useful life of assets and reference of these assets to the corresponding depreciation group are determined by regulating authorities of rates according to the maximum useful lifex established by the Classification of the fixed assets included in depreciation groups, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 1, 2002 No. 1 "About Classification of the fixed assets included in depreciation groups".
