1. Create in Sharursky district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Sharursky industrial quarter.
2. Determine that:
2.1. for the purpose of assistance of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship in the territory of Sharursky industrial quarter the companies for production in the field of not oil industry, and also the company of servicing are created;
2.2. measures for the organization, regulation, management and development of activities of Sharursky industrial quarter are performed by the management company established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
3.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;
3.2. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;
3.3. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic:
