About procedure of payments of payments in case of payment by installments of payment of cost of state-owned property

Based on Item 14 of the Regulations on procedure for the order state-owned property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330, of part one of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations of the rural zone" the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of payment of cost of the real and personal estate which is in state-owned property determined in Items 1-4 of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of the September 19, 2022 No. 330 "About the order property" (further – property) sold with payment payment by installments, the size of initial payment is specified by the buyer in the statement for provision of this payment by installments and shall constitute at least 20 percent of the price of its sale taking into account earlier deposited amount of deposit if such is paid (further – initial payment).

If in case of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement concerning two and more objects of property the initial payment is equal or more than the cost of one of such objects, then agreement parties have the right to offset it on account of the cost of this object;

1.2. the payment due date of initial payment shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement;

1.3. the remained amount is paid monthly during the payment by installments term provided according to the purchase and sale agreement (less month of payment of initial payment) with equal shares (further – monthly payment), since the month following after month in which the term established by subitem 1.2 of this Item expired.
