About change of the Regulations on procedure for calculation and implementation by banks of payments and fees in Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system

Based on h (2) Art. 44 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova "About guaranteeing deposits of physical persons in bank system" No. 575-XV of 26.12.2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 30-34, the Art. 169), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system DECIDES:

Art. I. In the Regulations on procedure for calculation and osuyoshchestvleniye by banks of payments and fees in Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system approved by the Resolution of Administrative board No. 8 of August 20, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 156-162, 317), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. To exclude the phrase of "physical persons" from item 1.1;

2. In item 2.2.1:

- after words "residents and nonresidents" to add with the phrase "and legal entities of private law-residents and nonresidents",

- after the 7th hyphen to add new line in the following edition:

"-2330 Deposits overnight;";

- before the 10th hyphen to add two new lines in the following edition:

"-2410 Term deposits of non-profit organizations;

- 2430 Term deposits of physical persons which perform activities;";

- after the 10th hyphen to add new line in the following edition:

"-2540 Term deposits of organizations on implementation of investment projects from external grants and the credits,".

3. State item 2.2.2 in the following edition:

"2.2.2. From information obtained according to item 2.2. 1, the bank excludes deposits of depositors with the corresponding remaining balance which is not guaranteed by Fund:

a) deposits of members of governing bodies of bank;
