1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2015 No. 662 "About establishment and distribution of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources" the following changes:
1.1. in the name of the word "and distribution of quotas" shall be replaced with words ", distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas";
1.2. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part two of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2019 "About renewable energy resources" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 357";
1.3. in Item 1 of the word "and to distribution of quotas" shall be replaced with words ", to distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas";
1.4. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources (are applied);
The regulations on the Republican interdepartmental commission on establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources (are applied);
the structure of the Republican interdepartmental commission on establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources (is applied).";
1.5. in Regulations on the procedure for establishment and distribution of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources approved by this resolution:
