About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve the indicators of risk of violation of mandatory requirements used as the basis for carrying out unscheduled inspections when implementing by the Federal Service on supervision in the field of health care of the state control of the address of medical products, federal state supervision in the field of drug circulation and the state quality control and safety of medical activities.

Item 9 of the Regulations on the state control of the address of medical products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 25, 2012 No. 970 "About approval of the Regulations on the state control of the address of medical products" (Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 40, Art. 5452), to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"As the basis for carrying out unscheduled inspections by state control body the indicators of risk of violation of mandatory requirements approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation are used.".
2. Item 6 of the Regulations on federal state supervision in the field of the drug circulation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 15, 2012 No. 1043 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state supervision in the field of drug circulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 43, Art. 5877; 2015, No. 25, of the Art. 3672), after paragraph two to add with the paragraph of the following content:
