Article 1

1) in Article 262:

The women working in the rural zone have the right:

At the same time the salary is paid in the same size, as in case of complete business week;

on establishment of compensation in the increased size at works where under the terms of work the working day is divided into parts.".

Article 2

The amount of pay increase of work established according to the paragraph the fourth article 263.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation cannot be reduced in comparison with the amount of pay increase of work established on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law.
