Article 1. In article 34 of the Law of March 23, 2018 ZR-249-N "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition":
The word of "Commission" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 2 "State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia (further - the Commission)", the second word "this" - words "Constitutional … The Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly", the word "chairman" - the word to "chairman" and to exclude the words "continuances in office";
To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. If powers of members of the first structure of the Commission stopped or were stopped in the procedure established by the law, the Government has rights of promotion of the candidate for vacant position of the commission chairman, and have rights of promotion of candidates for vacant positions of other members of the commission, in the following procedure: Government, ruling fraction of National assembly and oppositional fraction of National assembly.";
To replace 3) regarding 3 words of "State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia" with the word of "Commission".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
