About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning rods from optical glass

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the rods from optical glass classified by code 7002 20 100 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from September 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line item with code 7002 20 100 0 of the CN FEA EEU "10C" to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the reference "63C";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 63C of the following content:

"<63C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.09.2019 till 31.12.2020 inclusive.".
