About measures for support of activities of the center of development of civil society

For the purpose of forming of integral and independent system of complex studying, the analysis and assessment of the performed reforms on creation of strong and fair civil society, increase in efficiency of mechanisms of social partnership and public control, creation of the scientific and practical platform for development of offers on their further development, and also ensuring effective activities of the Advisory board for development of civil society in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Agree with the offer of Council of founders of Independent institute on monitoring of forming of civil society about transformation of institute to the Center of development of civil society (further - the Center).

2. Take into consideration that the main objectives and activities of the Center are:

studying of condition and development of dialogue with the people, carrying out systems analysis of openness of activities of state bodies;

assistance in the organization and carrying out basic and applied researches with participation of scientific and expert community in the field of development of civil society, development on the basis of generalization of their results of offers on further enhancement of national model of development of civil society and determination of strategic directions for the medium and long-term outlook;

the organization of system studying and the analysis of condition of normative legal regulation of development of civil society and law-enforcement practice in this sphere, preparation of suggestions for improvement of organization-legal and economic bases of activities of institutes of civil society, to creating favorable conditions for expansion of their participation in public management;

the organization of studying and the analysis of implementation of social partnership and public control, development of offers on implementation of modern mechanisms of effective interaction of state bodies with institutes of civil society, died supports and encouragement of their activities;
