1. "About prevention of corruption" and notifications of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about cases of the non-presentation or untimely submission of such declarations approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of September 6, 2016 No. 19, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2016 for No. 1479/29609, to state paragraph two of Item 7 of the Procedure for test of the fact of representation by subjects of declaring of declarations according to the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:
"The notification to the subject of declaring goes means of mail service (the registered mail with the assurance of receipt) to the addresses specified in the declarations submitted such subject, messages of relevant organs, specially authorized subjects in the field of anti-corruption (in case of their receipt) according to the legislation, or is handed to the subject of declaring personally under list.".
