Single Article. – In the table 1 of appendix 7 to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (2018, 715), with subsequent changes, the paragraph third Item 17 of notes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 441-447, in the following edition:
"In departure from part provisions (3) Articles 24 heads of educational institutions and pedagogical workers holding executive positions in the specified organizations are allowed to be engaged in pedagogical activities in limits of 0,5 of pedagogical rate.".
