Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 81 (5) pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 4, Art. 504; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4521; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153; 2018, No. 51, Art. 8007).

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service:

in 3-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

approve in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation:

in a month methodical instructions for calculation of size and the rate of cross subsidizing considered in the prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy for the consumers who are not belonging to the population or the categories of consumers equated to it;

in 3-month time:

methodical instructions for calculation of rates for the services in transfer of electrical energy rendered to the consumers who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it;

procedure for approval by Federal Antimonopoly Service of the schedule of finishing the rate of cross subsidizing differentiated on levels of tension (VN, SN 1, CH2, HH), to the size of rate calculated according to methodical instructions for calculation of size and rate of cross subsidizing, considered in the prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy for the consumers who are not belonging to the population or the categories of consumers, the subject of the Russian Federation (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation) approved by the management official equated to it.
