1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 1, 2013 No. 2074 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of holding auctions in bankruptcy proceeding and requirements to their organizers concerning property of the state companies and companies in which authorized capital the share of state-owned property exceeds fifty percent control of which is exercised by the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 22, 2013 for No. 1797/24329.

2. To provide to management of methodology of corporate management and corporate finances (Peresunko D.):

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings, but not earlier than day of official publication of this decision.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission Libanov N.
