About modification of Qualification requirements to the state registrar
According to Item of 1 part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances", to part one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", for the purpose of strengthening of requirements to the state registrars I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the Qualification requirements to the state registrar approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 29, 2015 No. 2790/5, registered on December 31, 2015 for No. 1667/28112, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
