b) the extreme number of staff of employees of territorial authorities of Federal Bailiff Service in number of 73 919 units (without workers and employees on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service), including the staff of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation in number of 61 680 people, federal government civil servants - 12 239 people.

2. Recognize to invalid:
