Regulations on federal state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger

1. This Provision establishes procedure for creation, operation and upgrade of federal state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger (further - system), structure of information for inclusion in system, forms, terms and procedure for submission of information, procedure for information access containing in system, procedure for information exchange of system with other state information systems.

2. Creation of system will be organized by State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom". Operator of system is the federal operator according to the address with waste of I and II classes of danger (further - the operator of system). Owner of information containing in system is the Russian Federation.

3. The operator of system performs the following functions:

a) ensuring technical functioning of system;
