About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations

Article 1. Determination of concepts

In this Law of concept are used in the following value:

the contractor - the business entity performing transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer;

finished goods - products (goods) made with raw materials supplied by the customer use (except that part which is used for carrying out calculations for its conversion) and determined as final in the contract between the customer and the contractor. The finished goods can be returned to the country of the customer or are realized by the customer (or according to its order the contractor) in the country of the contractor or in other country. In case of need the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines types of products (goods) which cannot be classified as finished goods;

raw materials supplied by the customer - the raw materials, materials, semifinished products, components, energy carriers imported on customs area of Ukraine by the foreign customer (or purchased by the foreign customer for foreign currency in Ukraine) or exported out of its limits by the Ukrainian customer for use in production of finished goods. Raw materials supplied by the customer cannot be acquired by the foreign customer on customs area of Ukraine for national currency of Ukraine or it is received by it as a result of carrying out other transactions, including goods exchange. The property right to raw materials supplied by the customer at each stage of its conversion, and also on the finished goods made of it belong to the customer;

the customer - the business entity providing raw materials supplied by the customer for production of finished goods;
