About special economic zones and the special mode of investing activities in Donetsk region

This Law determines procedure for creation and functioning in Donetsk region of special economic zones and introductions in the territories of priority development of the special mode of investing activities.

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in the following value:

the territory of priority development is the territory in city boundaries, the area on which there were adverse social and economic conditions and on which the special regime of investing activities for the purpose of creation of new workplaces is introduced;

restructuring of the companies is implementation of the organizational and economic, legal, technical actions directed to change of structure of the company, its management, pattern of ownership, form of business for the purpose of financial improvement of the company, growth in volumes of release of competitive products, increase in production efficiency;

reshaping of the company - change of technology of production process for release of new products (performance of works, rendering services) or production upgrade which was made at this company earlier.
