About the special mode of investing activities in the Transcarpathian region

This Law determines the special mode of investing activities in the Transcarpathian region.

Article 1. According to this Law the special regime of investing activities in the Transcarpathian region (further - the special mode of investing activities) on implementation of investment projects in priority types of economic activity which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is introduced for the term of 15 years.

Article 2. It is excluded by the Law N2505-IV of 25.03.2005

Article 3. Determine that the investment projects realized in priority types of economic activity are priority for attraction of the loans granted under the state guarantees from foreign states, international financial institutions, foreign banks, other financial credit institutes.

Article 4. For the period till 2004 the income of citizens - subjects of business activity, received from rendering tourist services in settlements of the Transcarpathian region to which the status of mountain is provided is not subject to the taxation.

Article 5. it is excluded by the Law N2505-IV of 25.03.2005

Article 6. Final provisions

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

determine the list of priority types of economic activity by which the special regime of investing activities is introduced;

approve form of the standard agreement between subjects of business activity and local public administrations on implementation of the investment project.
