About modification of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of commercial agents (commercial representatives) of banks
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In line 2.7 of the column "Notes" of the table of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of commercial agents (commercial representatives) of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 20, 2012 No. 386, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2012 for No. 1720/22032 (with changes):
shall be replaced with words words of "collection points for money" "Items of rendering financial services";
figures and the words "50-activities for currency exchange (the exchange bureaus of foreign currencies opened based on agency agreements)" to exclude.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
