Article 1. "About the commission on the prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to state articles 9 and 10 of the Law of June 9, 2017 to ZR-96-N in the following edition:
"Article 9. Procedure for forming of the Commission
1. The commission consists of five members - the chairman and four members. Positions of members of the commission are autonomous positions.
2. Members of the commission according to the procedure, established by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly" are appointed by National assembly for a period of six years, except as specified appointments of members of the first structure of the Commission.
3. The commission of the structure chooses the commission chairman with term of office of the member of the commission.
4. The body for which the right of promotion of the candidate for position of this member of the first structure of the Commission, except for the case provided by part 7 of this Article is allocated has rights of promotion of the candidate for vacant position of the member of the commission.
5. For vacant post of the member of the commission the candidate is proposed after informing according to the procedure, established by part 5 of article 18 of this Law, about the termination of powers of the member of the commission in a month after powers of the member of the commission were stopped, and also rejection by National assembly of the decision on appointment of the member of the commission.
6. If for the vacant post of the member of the commission allocated for the Government, ruling fraction of National assembly or the Supreme judicial council, in time, established by part 5 of this Article, the candidate is not proposed, then the same body proposes the candidate for this position in a month.
