1. Determine that:

before moving of Parliament and the Government of the Republic to the city of Akmola by the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan the city of Almaty is;

the location of Residences of the President of the Republic are the cities of Akmola and Almaty.

2. For the organization of work on re-deployment of the supreme and central state bodies to the city of Akmola to form State commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having given to her for this purpose the right of coordination of activities of the central and local executive bodies.

3. To the government of the Republic:

for the purpose of accumulation of extrabudgetary funds on arrangement of the city of Akmola to found off-budget fund "New capital";

prepare and submit for consideration of the President of the Republic of the offer on provision of tax, customs and other benefits to the investors participating in building and development of infrastructure of the city of Akmola;

take other necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
