Item 17 of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Registration Service, Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Federal Accreditation Service, Federal State Statistics Service, Federal Agency for State Property Management, Federal Tourism Agency, and also the organizations subordinated to them approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2016 No. 1196 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Registration Service, Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Federal Accreditation Service, Federal State Statistics Service Federal Agency for State Property Management, Federal Tourism Agency, and also organizations subordinated to them and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 47, Art. 6671; 2018, No. 7, Art. 1058; 2019, No. 28, of the Art. 3789) to add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

establishments of procedure for conducting check and actions in case of identification of toxic chemicals, toxic agents and pathogenic biological agents and appointment of persons responsible for conducting check;
