About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Lotteries"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 3, 2019

Article 1. No. ZR-3 "About lotteries" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of December 17, 2003 with Items 15 and 16 of the following content:

"15) the gambling hall - the room in structure where lotteries will be organized and carried out or is created direct opportunity to participate in lottery;

16) bookmaker office - the place where the organizer with direct participation of the employees gives to participants of game opportunity to stake.".

Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:

1) from part 2 words", except for Internet totalizator" to exclude;

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. The Internet totalizator is considered organized in the territory of the Republic of Armenia if servers of the organizer of Internet totalizator are located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. Regarding 1 Article 5:

The Item "z" after the word "only" to add 1) with words "deyatelnost on the organization of games with Internet prize based on the corresponding license, to the software (including services in determination and realization of coefficients of prize) and to rendering services in their servicing, activities for the organization of public catering for employees of the organizer and in gambling halls, and also";

To add 2) with the Item "about" of the following content:

"o) according to the procedure, established by authorized body, checks identification documents of the physical persons wishing to get the gambling hall, and also circumstance of availability of the court verdict which took legal effect, limiting participation of these citizens in totalizator, the stipulated in Clause 5.1 presents of the Law.".

Article 4. Add the law with Articles 5.1-5.3 of the following content:
