About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning establishment of responsibility for violation of rules of transportation of children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

Article 121 after part nine to add 1) with two new parts of such content:

"Abuse of regulations of transportation of children

involves imposing of penalty on the driver in the amount of thirty free minima of the income of citizens.

Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part ten of this Article

involves imposing of penalty on the driver in the amount of fifty free minima of the income of citizens".

With respect thereto the tenth to consider part part twelve;

2) in part one of Article 222 of the word and figure "parts one, the second, third, the fifth, sixth and eighth Article 121" shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts one, the second, third, the fifth, the sixth, the eighth, tenth and eleventh Article 121".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
