About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with isolation of activities for transportation of natural gas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

Part the second Article 92 to add 1) with the Item "e" of the following content:

"e) operator of gas-transport system and operator of system of transfer";

Part the ninth articles 149 after words "according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of formation of public joint stock company of rail transport public" to add 2) with the words "and the parcels of land on which objects of gas-transport system are located, are transferred to the subject of managing in connection with isolation of activities for transportation of natural gas".

2. In the Economic code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144):

Part third of Article 89 to add 1) with paragraphs second and third such content:

"Financial plans of the operator of gas-transport system and the operator of system of transfer, and also economic society which owns corporate laws in the operator of gas-transport system are not subject to approval according to article 75 of this Code.

Financial plans of the operator of gas-transport system and/or the operator of gas storages, the operator of system of transfer, and also economic society which owns corporate laws in the operator of gas-transport system are developed according to the procedure, established by their constituent documents, and affirm subjects of management of objects of state-owned property which are used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation and/or storage of natural gas, transfer of electrical energy";
