For the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of January 4, 2019 No. 8 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission on accreditation of the organizations of collective management", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2019 for No. 77/33048.
2. To provide to department of intellectual property submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
