1. The special economic zone of tourist and recreational type "Kurortopolis Truskavets" (further - SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets") is created for 20 years in administrative-territorial city boundaries Truskavets of the Lviv region.
2. The purpose of creation of SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets" is stimulation of the investing and innovative activities directed to preserving and effective use of natural medical resources of the resort of Truskavets, acceleration of economic reforms in medical and improving area and tourism development.
3. In the territory of SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets" the special legal regime of economic activity determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the general beginnings of creation and functioning of special (free) economic zones" taking into account the features established by this Law is set and is effective.
4. The regulations on SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets" affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
It is excluded by the Law N2505-IV of 25.03.2005
Governing bodies of SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets" are:
The Truskavets city council and its executive committee within the powers;
the body of economic development and management of SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets" formed by the Truskavets city council with the assistance of the subjects of business activity acting in the territory of SEZ "Kurortopolis Truskavets".
