About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About rendering mental health services"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 349-Z "About rendering mental health services" the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
to exclude the word "full age" from paragraph two;
from the paragraph of third the word", "Sexologist" to exclude;
after the paragraph of the fourth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"the final diagnosis of mental disturbance (disease) - the diagnosis established by the specialist doctor or the medical and consulting commission based on data on the postponed earlier mental disturbances (diseases), results of the conducted examinations and assessment of condition of mental health of the patient;";
in paragraph seven of the word "making the actions giving" shall be replaced with words "whose actions (failure to act) give";
in paragraph ten of the word "sexological, including" shall be replaced with words "including medical";
to exclude from the paragraph of the fifteenth word "and confirmed with the diagnosis established by the specialist doctor or the medical and consulting commission".
2. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of rendering mental health services
The relations in the field of rendering mental health services are governed by the legislation in the field of rendering mental health services, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
The legislation in the field of rendering mental health services is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and No. 2435-XII "About health care", this Law and other acts of the legislation consists of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993.
