Article 1. For the purpose of financial stabilization, preserving current assets and taking into account limitation of financial opportunities of the ship-building companies to exempt the specified companies from payment of the penalty fee added as of March 1, 1999 from the shortage amounts on payments of the Pension fund of Ukraine formed in 1995-1998 on condition of final settlement on shortage till July 1, 1999.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
