1. Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 31, 2000 No. 32/5 "About approval of the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the regulatory legal acts entered in the state register", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2000 for No. 458/4679 (with changes) to exclude.
With respect thereto 4, 5 to consider Items respectively Items 3, 4.

In the text of the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the regulatory legal acts entered in the state register, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of July 31, 2000 No. 32/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2000 for No. 458/4679 (with changes), words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".
