About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of technical inspection of vehicles
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the diagnostic centers performing technical inspection of vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic, automation of the database of the vehicles which had technical inspection according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out technical inspection of vehicles" of May 3, 2013 No. 239 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out technical inspection of vehicles approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 3 of the word "the corresponding Technical regulation" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding technical regulations";
- in paragraphs seven and the twelfth Item 7 of the word "the corresponding Technical regulation" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding technical regulations";
- add Section 2 with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. The diagnostic center carries out photo and video fixing of the procedure of technical inspection of vehicles, and in case of positive results of technical inspection enters online data on its results in the single automated information system of technical inspection.
In case of negative results of technical inspection of the data on results of carrying out technical inspection are not entered into the single automated information system of technical inspection.
Materials of photo and video fixing are stored 3 years on the server of the database of the single automated information system of technical inspection.";
- third Item 11 to declare the paragraph invalid;
