About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning prohibition of continuous cabins on hillsides in the fir and beechen woods of the Carpathian region

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 34, Art. 502; 2000, No. 4, Art. 26; 2010, No. 11, Art. 112; 2017, No. 37, Art. 379):

The paragraph the fifth Article 21 parts one after the words "in limits" to add 1) with the words "cabins of the main use are prohibited and";

2) article 26 part one after the word are "prohibited" to be added with words of "the cabin of the main use".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the moratorium on carrying out continuous cabins on hillsides in the fir and beechen woods of the Carpathian region" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 13, Art. 99; 2013, No. 46, Art. 640):

The name, preamble and Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"About prohibition on carrying out continuous cabins in the mountain fir and beechen woods of the Carpathian region

This Law establishes prohibition on carrying out continuous cabins in mountain fir and beechen forest stands, continuous cabins of the main use and any other continuous cabins in the mountain woods, in the woods in avalanche and mudflow pools and in bank protection sites of the wood in the Carpathian region of Ukraine, except development of continuous windbreaks and windbreaks, and also entirely struck with wreckers and diseases of plantings";

"Article 1. Determination of terms
