The commission is permanent body and consists of seven members - two private legal executives, including the head of regional chamber of private legal executives, two representatives of judicial authorities, the scientist-jurist, the deputy of maslikhat and the representative of the public from among members of Public council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The structure of the Commission and regulations of its work affirms the order of the head of territorial authority of authorized body.";
