Suspects and the person accused are allowed to receive without restriction of number of sending and transfer which weight does not exceed 20 kg. Transfers are accepted according to the procedure of priority of visitors. The list is hung out indoors for transmit-receive on state and officially the used Russian languages.";

2. To provide to committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
