About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 27, 2014 No. 347 "About approval of form of the reporting No. 1-TWO (semi-annual) "The report (summary report) on results of activities of division of internal audit in the ministry, other central executive body, their territorial authorities and budgetary institutions which belong to the sphere of management of the ministry, other central executive body, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev or Sevastopol city public administration" and instructions about its creation and representation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 11, 2014 for No. 410/25187, the following changes:

 Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of form of the reporting No. 1-TWO "The report (summary report) on results of activities of division of internal audit", the explanatory note to the report (summary report) and the instruction on their creation and representation";

2) in Item 1:

paragraphs two, third to state in the following edition:

2. Make changes to the Form of the reporting No. 1-TWO (semi-annual) "The report (summary report) on results of activities of division of internal audit in the ministry, other central executive body, their territorial authorities and budgetary institutions which belong to the sphere of management of the ministry, other central executive body, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev or Sevastopol city public administration", approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 27, 2014 No. 347, registered on April 11, 2014 for No. 410/25187, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Make changes to the Instruction about creation and representation of form of the reporting No. 1-TWO (semi-annual) "The report (summary report) on results of activities of division of internal audit in the ministry, other central executive body, their territorial authorities and budgetary institutions which belong to the sphere of management of the ministry, other central executive body, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev or Sevastopol city public administration", approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 27, 2014 No. 347, registered on April 11, 2014 for No. 410/25187, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. The subitem 2 of item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 13, 2017 No. 627 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 15, 2017 for No. 1136/31004, to exclude.

5. To department of harmonization of the state internal financial control:

provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

annually till April 1 to provide to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the generalized reporting information on results of activities of divisions of internal audit in the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, in other main managers of means of the government budget.

6. In ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to department of ensuring communications and organizational and analytical work its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
