"50 percent of the funds raised from the penalties applied by body (organization), acting in the field of food security (including the penalties applied on cases on the administrative offenses taken to court for consideration, the protocol about which administrative offense is constituted by it), the established relevant organ of the executive authority according to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses for violations of requirements of this Law, are transfered to account the body (organization) created by relevant organ of the executive authority for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of employees of the body (organization) created by relevant organ of the executive authority. Distribution of the specified means and procedure for their use is established by the body (organization) created by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
