Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1993 No. 4804-1 "About export and import of cultural values" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 20, Art. 718; Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 50, Art. 7351; 2017, No. 25, Art. 3596; 2018, No. 1, Art. 19) following changes:

Article 5 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

2) in Article 11.2:

a) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the musical instruments or bows which are cultural values for execution of passports of musical instruments or bows (further - the passport).";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. Examination of musical instruments or bows for execution of passports, the specified in paragraphs eleven and the twelfth Item 6 of article 35.6 of this Law, is carried out according to the procedure, established by this Law.";

c) to add Item 11 after the words "do not fall" with the words "the musical instruments or bows which are temporarily exported by physical persons or legal entities and included in structure of Museum fund of the Russian Federation in the presence of security marking, the stipulated in Article 5 Federal Laws of May 26, 1996 No. 54-FZ " about Museum fund of the Russian Federation and the museums in the Russian Federation " (further-security marking), and also";

3) in Article 35.6:
