Article 1. The debt of the state and other agricultural enterprises of all patterns of ownership and managing and also servicing, procurement and processing enterprises with which such agricultural enterprises signed agreements on purchase of grain in the state resources according to the state order (contract), as of January 1, 2000 for the budget advances obtained by them in 1994-1999, including cash advances and natural seed and fodder loans, the grain of the state resources and state reserves used for acquisition of material resources except debt for the received import equipment, the means used not for purpose and the amounts which are subject to write-off according to requirements of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About debt write-off on tax payment and charges (obligatory payments) of taxpayers in connection with reforming of agricultural enterprises" decreases on outstanding amount of the state before agricultural enterprises, connected with construction of facilities of welfare appointment in the village in 1995-2000, and also debt for the grain delivered by them on account of the state order (contract) in the state resources and expenses on its delivery to the procurement companies.
