Being guided by Item 20 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" of June 12, 2018 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 1175-VQ:

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agricultural cooperation" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 7, Article 1231; 2019, No. 1, Article 37) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Article 2.1 to words of "this Law" to add with words of "the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On environmental impact assessment"";

1.2. add with Articles 5.5 - 5.8 following of content:

"5.5. For the purpose of motivation of use of water, the earth, the wood, plant and animal life, including protection and recovery of lands, plant and animal life, biodiversity, protection of the status of especially protected natural territories and objects, concerning the cooperatives specializing in the production of agricultural products, the companies for production of livestock and poultry-farming products, and also large-scale projects of agricultural activities (agroparks), and also fish activities (including aquacultures) according to the procedure provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" the document of environmental impact assessment (EIA) is prepared and the state environmental assessment of this document is carried out.
