The list of the companies having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation of Ukraine, except for the companies, not privatizeable.
The list of the companies holding the monopoly (dominating) position in the markets of Ukraine including regional, is determined according to the legislation of Ukraine.
