About the special mode of investing activities in the territory of priority development in the Volynsk region

This Law determines procedure for introduction and functioning of the special mode of investing activities in the territory of priority development in the Volynsk region.

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in the following value:

the territory of priority development - the territory in which there were adverse social and economic and ecological conditions, the unsatisfactory condition of employment of the population and on which is introduced special regime of investing activities for creation of new workplaces;

restructuring of the company - implementation of the organizational and economic, legal, technical measures directed to change of structure of the company, its management, pattern of ownership, form of business for the purpose of financial improvement of the company, growth in volumes of release of competitive products, increase in production efficiency;

reconstruction of the company - the re-equipment of the existing production capacities connected with enhancement of production and increase in its technical and economic level on the basis of scientific and technical achievements, performed on the complex project of reconstruction of the company for the purpose of increase in production capacities, improvement of quality and change of the product range, improvement of working conditions and protection of the surrounding environment;

reshaping of the company - change of technology of production process for release of new products (performance of works, rendering services).
