1) in Article 103:

a) in part two of the word "The Condemned Men Are More Senior than 60 Years and the Condemned Women Are More Senior than 55 Years" shall be replaced with words "The convicts who reached the age granting the right to purpose of insurance pension on old age in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation";

b) add with part vtoroy.1 the following content:

"2.1. The age granting the right to purpose of insurance pension on old age in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in this Article and other Articles of this Code is understood as the age established by part 1 of article 8 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions".";

2) in part five of Article 104 of the word "to the condemned men is more senior than 60 years and to the condemned women 55 years are more senior" shall be replaced with words "the convict who reached the age granting the right to purpose of insurance pension on old age in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation";
