Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 599; 2010, No. 4, Article 276, No. 10, Article 841; 2013, No. 11, Article 1302; 2014, No. 4, Article 342; 2015, No. 8, Article 903, No. 12, Article 1439; 2016, No. 2, II book, Article 221; 2017, No. 2, Article 140, No. 12, I book, Article 2211; 2018, No. 1, Article 22) following changes:
1. at the end of Article 1.0.23 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Article 1.0.24 of the following content:
"1.0.24. the tachograph - the electromechanical or electronic device of control which is established on the vehicle for the purpose of continuous measurement or registration of all data on movement of the vehicle, including about the passable distance, movement speed, and also about the periods of work and rest of drivers.".
2. give Article 9.2 in the following edition:
"9.2. The operating mode and rest for the drivers who are carrying out international and internal (long-distance and interdistrict) passenger and freight transportation, procedure for equipment of vehicles tachographs, uses of it, servicing and control of activities is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
3. Add with Article 57-1 of the following content:
