About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 13, 2017 No. 8

1. Bring in the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 13, 2017 No. 8 "About the inventory, coming from developing countries or from the least developed countries concerning which when importing to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union tariff preferences" the following changes are provided:

a) in Item 2 of the word of "custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union;

b) in the Section I of the inventory, coming from developing countries or from the least developed countries concerning which when importing to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union tariff preferences are provided approved by the specified Decision to replace codes of the CN FEA EEU respectively with the following codes of the CN FEA EEU:

"07" - "07 (except 0701, 0702, 0703, 0704, 0705, the 0707th 00, the 0709th 60)";

"08" - "08 (except the 0808th 10)".

2. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2018.
